Chicken avocado salad

Ingredients for two people
|350 g||chicken breast|
|2 tbs||olive oil|
|2 tbs||basil, torn|
|400 g||chickpeas, strained & rinsed|
|80 g||salad mix|
For the chicken
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken well with the oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on either side until cooked right through. Slice the chicken on the diagonal.
For the salad
In a small bowl whisk together the honey, mustard, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine the basil, avocado, chickpeas, tomato, and salad mix in a salad bowl.
Serve with the chicken breast on top and dress with the honey mustard.
