Steak sandwich with chipotle

Ingredients for two people
|1||red onion, sliced into rings|
|1 tbs||red wine vinegar (or balsamic)|
|1 tsp||chipotle seasoning|
For the toppings
Heat a pan with some olive oil to high, add the onion rings and vinegar and cook until soft and sticky, remove and leave aside.
Assemble the sandwich by slicing the bread in half, layer with the caramelised onion, sliced tomato, rocket, and chipotle sauce.
For the steak
Rub some olive oil over the steak and season the steak with the chipotle seasoning – alternatively if you have some mayonnaise at home you can mix the chipotle seasoning with some mayonnaise and use it to dress the steak after it has been cooked.
Heat a griddle or pan to high and add the steak for 1 minute per side, cooking time will vary depending on your preference and the thickness of your steak.
Add the steak to the sandwich, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.
