Ingredients for two people
|1||red onion. Finely diced|
|300 g||lamb mince|
|2||garlic cloves, crushed|
|1 tbs||lamb spice mix|
|1/2 cup||mint, finely chopped|
|50 ml||natural yoghurt|
|1||large chilli, finely chopped|
|2 tbs||tomato paste|
|80 g||rocket, to serve|
For the lamb
Pre-heat oven to 180C. Fry the onion in a little oil over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, chilli, and spice mix and cook for a further minute. Add the lamb mince. You many need to break the mince into smaller pieces using a wooden spoon or fork. Cook for 5 minutes or until in small pieces and cooked through. Season well with salt and pepper.
For the pizza
Spread 1 tbs of tomato paste on each lebanese bread. Divide the lamb mix evenly between the pita breads and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pita breads are crisp.
